Head of Pharma

New York, New York, United States

About InstaLILY

InstaLILY builds AI that does the work. We automate complex workflows across the physical economy—industrial, healthcare, and construction—using AI agents that execute directly inside existing enterprise systems. We are backed by Insight Partners and supported by the Google, NVIDIA, and Microsoft ecosystems.

The Role: Scale the Nucleus

We have the foundation—anchor logos and proven use cases are already in place. Now, we need the leader to build the rest. This isn’t a “cold start” role. It’s an invitation for a mid-to-late career operator to act as the “CEO” of our Pharma business unit—trading corporate bureaucracy for the autonomy to scale a proven product-market fit. You will own the vertical strategy and high-level relationships, reporting directly to the COO.

What You’ll Do

  • Grow the Vertical: Leverage our existing anchor accounts to land the next wave of major logos. You know how to turn a successful pilot into a multi-million dollar rollout.
  • Build the Playbook: Create a repeatable sales and operations motion for Pharma. You’re building the machine that we will eventually scale a dedicated team around.
  • Industry Voice: Act as the bridge between our customers and our product team. You’ll ensure our AI is built to handle the specific compliance and operational hurdles unique to Pharma.
  • Own the Outcomes: From strategy to execution, you are the person responsible for the success of this vertical.

What You’ll Need

  • 8–12+ Years in Pharma: You have deep roots in the industry (Commercial Ops, Supply Chain, or Digital Transformation) and know how these companies actually move.
  • A “Scaler” Mindset: You’ve taken a successful concept and made it bigger before. You’re comfortable moving fast and building systems as you go.
  • Executive Presence: You can walk into a C-suite and command the room. You speak the language of the industry fluently.
  • AI-Native Thinking: You recognize that autonomous agents are the future of the physical economy and you want to lead that shift.

Why InstaLILY?

  • Real Traction: You aren’t starting from zero. The product works and the customers are already live.
  • True Sovereignty: This is your business unit. You have the autonomy of a founder with the institutional backing of a top-tier AI startup.
  • High-Execution Culture: We’re a sharp, low-ego team that prioritizes doing the work over talking about it.
  • Direct Impact: You’ll work alongside the CEO and COO to shape the future of the company.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary Range : $150,000 - $250,000 per year, commensurate with experience
  • Equity : Generous stock options awards and refreshers for top performers
  • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, in-office Lunch reimbursement, Wellness Stipend, generous Parental leave, PTO and 10 US Federal Holidays, and more!

Quality Over Quantity

To ensure a focused, high-quality hiring experience, we kindly ask candidates to limit their applications to 3 open requisitions at any given time. Applying strategically to roles that best align with your skills and career goals gives you the highest chance of standing out. Have you interviewed with us in the past 12 months? We encourage you to reach out directly to your previous interviewer rather than submitting a new application.

Instalily is committed to providing an inclusive and barrier-free recruitment process. If you require an accommodation, please let us know, and we will work with you to meet your needs.

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
