Growth & Business Analyst (Supply Chain)

New York, New York, United States

About InstaLILY

InstaLILY is an AI products and infrastructure company that puts execution at the frontier of enterprise AI. That work begins with Lily™, the world's first AI Forward Deployed Engineer, which learns how a business works, builds the software it needs, and goes live in days. It does not leave when the work ships; it stays and keeps the software working as the business changes. Lily runs wherever the work happens, in the cloud, on-premise, or at the edge, through InstaLILY's Small Data Center, built with NVIDIA technology. Founded in 2023 by Amit Shah and Sumantro Das, InstaLILY has raised nearly $100 million from Energize Capital, Insight Partners, and Home Depot Ventures. Headquartered in New York, with offices in San Francisco, London, and Toronto, InstaLILY serves leading companies across construction, industrial distribution, logistics, healthcare, and other operationally intensive industries. The Traction

Revenue grew 5x over the past year, and Lily has driven over $200M in new annual sales for a single customer. We serve some of the largest operators in our industries, including SRS Distribution (part of The Home Depot family), United Rentals, and Henry Schein, and we work closely with the Google DeepMind and NVIDIA ecosystems.

How We Work

We work in small teams with real ownership: clear problems, direct access to the customers whose work you're changing, and room to ship. Your code runs in live production systems inside billion-dollar operations, so you see your impact directly. People who do well here want that proximity to the work. We're growing fast, and the people who join now shape what this company becomes. Everything runs on three principles: Customers, Culture, and Code.

The Role

We're expanding aggressively into supply chain and logistics — a massive market with real white space for what we're building. There's momentum behind this vertical and a lot left to define, which is exactly why this role exists.

You'll work directly with our Director of Growth as the execution engine for the vertical. That means generating pipeline, managing early relationships, contributing to how we position and sell into this market, and feeding product feedback from the field. The scope is intentionally broad — we're moving fast and you'll be a core part of shaping what this looks like.

This is not a support role. You'll own outcomes, not tasks.

What You'll Do

Pipeline Generation & Outbound

  • Own outbound prospecting for the vertical — research accounts, craft targeted messaging, run sequences, book meetings
  • Iterate on outreach based on what's working — you're contributing to a playbook that's actively evolving, not running a static one
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and manage early-stage conversations independently

Relationship Management

  • Be the first point of contact for early prospects and manage those relationships through initial conversations
  • Run discovery calls and early demos with support from the Director of Growth
  • Follow up, nurture, and keep deals moving — own the detail work that keeps pipeline healthy

Market & Customer Intelligence

  • Research target accounts, map decision-makers, and develop a point of view on how supply chain and logistics companies buy
  • Synthesize what you hear in the field — objections, pain points, competitor mentions — into actionable insights for product and GTM strategy
  • Help refine our ICP and messaging as we learn what resonates

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Translate customer pain into clear product feedback for the engineering and product teams
  • Contribute to how we document what works — call frameworks, objection handling, positioning — so we can scale it

What We're Looking For

Non-Negotiables

  • Bias toward action: Bias toward action
  • Clear communicator: Strong written and verbal communicator — you'll be representing the company externally from day one
  • Self-directed: Self-directed — you can take a goal and come back with output, not just questions
  • Adaptable: Comfortable with a fast-moving environment — things change quickly and you adapt rather than wait for perfect clarity

Experience & Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in a fast-moving environment — startup, consulting, or any role where you had to figure things out under pressure
  • Exposure to B2B sales, GTM, product management or customer-facing work — you understand how deals move
  • Technical curiosity — you don't need to be an engineer but you need to be able to learn a product deeply and explain it credibly
  • Strong research skills — you know how to build a point of view from limited information

Nice to Have

  • Experience with supply chain, logistics, or operations environments will be a huge plus
  • Experience with CRM tools, sequencing platforms, or sales ops basics
  • Prior exposure to AI or SaaS products

Why This Role

  • You'll help build and define a high-priority vertical expansion — the playbook, the pipeline, the positioning — with direct visibility at the leadership level
  • You'll work closely with someone who has closed enterprise AI deals and built companies — the learning curve is steep and intentional
  • Your work will directly shape how Instalily enters one of the largest markets we're going after
  • Real ownership, early in your career

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary Range: $90,000–$130,000 per year, commensurate with experience
  • Equity: Stock options awards, and refreshers for top performers
  • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, in-office Lunch reimbursement, Wellbeing Stipend, Generous Parental leave, PTO and 10 US Federal Holidays, and more!

Quality Over Quantity

To ensure a focused, high-quality hiring experience, we kindly ask candidates to limit their applications to 3 open requisitions at any given time. Applying strategically to roles that best align with your skills and career goals gives you the highest chance of standing out. Have you interviewed with us in the past 12 months? We encourage you to reach out directly to your previous interviewer rather than submitting a new application.

InstaLILY is committed to providing an inclusive and barrier-free recruitment process. If you require an accommodation, please let us know, and we will work with you to meet your needs.

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
