Brand Marketing Manager

We're seeking a dynamic Brand Marketing Manager to lead our brand awareness marketing efforts across digital and traditional channels. This role is perfect for a strategic marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can seamlessly blend brand strategy with hands-on execution.
Who You Are:
- 3+ years of experience in brand marketing or digital marketing
- Proven experience with paid social advertising (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Hands-on experience with YouTube marketing and connected TV platforms
- Strong project management skills with experience coordinating creative teams
- Proficiency in a marketing automation system
- Experience developing and executing brand strategy
- Content marketing experience and strategic thinking
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with performance metrics
What You'll Do:
- Digital Marketing & Paid Media
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Manage YouTube marketing initiatives and connected TV advertising campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization
- Creative Project Management
- Coordinate creative projects with our internal design team
- Manage external creative resources through Upwork and other freelance platforms
- Ensure brand consistency across all creative assets and touchpoints
- Brand Strategy & Content
- Drive overall brand strategy development and implementation
- Develop and execute content marketing strategies that align with brand objectives
- Create compelling brand narratives across multiple channels and formats
- Technical & Platform Management
- Utilize HubSpot and Salesforce for campaign tracking and email management
- Work within Webflow for website updates and landing page creation
- Maintain brand presence across all digital platforms
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience with billboard and out-of-home (OOH) advertising
- Webflow proficiency for website management
- Experience managing freelance creative talent
For CA Based Applicants:
- Location: San Francisco, CA (5 days a week in office)
- Employment Type: 6 month Contract
- Pay: $55 to $65 per hour depending on experience
