Internal Coordinator

Role Overview
An Internal Coordinator (IC) is responsible for monitoring and supporting a large group of work-from-home Data Collectors (DCs) who record videos of household activities.
Each IC will handle 50 or more DCs at the same time, ensure they work as per instructions, complete their daily targets, and follow all rules.
This role is mainly about live coordination, tracking, and problem-solving.
Who Are Data Collectors (DCs)?
- People working from home
- They record short videos of household tasks using mobile phones
- They have clear daily and total hour targets to complete
Key Responsibilities
1. Live Monitoring
- Monitor 50+ DCs in real time during working hours
- Check who has started work, who is active, and who is falling behind
- Follow up immediately with DCs who are idle or delayed
2. Target & Productivity Management
- Ensure DCs meet daily and overall targets:
- 30 hours in 6 days or
- 100 hours in 20 days
- Push and motivate DCs to complete work on time
3. Rule & Process Adherence
- Ensure DCs follow recording rules, such as:
- Only household tasks
- Video duration between 15–30 minutes
- Correct camera settings
- Clarify doubts and repeat instructions whenever required
4. Issue Resolution
- Act as the first point of contact for DCs
- Help with:
- App or upload issues
- Task-related confusion
- Device issues (coordinate with Field Ops if needed)
- Escalate issues only if they cannot be solved
5. Communication & Coordination
- Manage large WhatsApp groups of DCs
- Share daily instructions, reminders, and updates
- Maintain discipline and professionalism in groups
6. Tracking & Reporting
- Update Google Sheets with:
- Hours completed
- Issues faced
- Drop-offs or delays
- Share daily status updates with the manager
Skills & Requirements
- Basic computer knowledge
- Comfortable using WhatsApp and Google Sheets
- Ability to manage and communicate with many people at once
- Good coordination and multitasking skills
