IFO (Inter-State Field Officer) – Commercial Video Data Collection

Role Overview

IFO (Inter-State Field Officer) is a hardcore field operations role responsible for interstate movement, inventory handling, business operations support, and transportation of recording data/devices across cities.This role involves continuous road travel, coordination with city teams, inventory verification, and ensuring safe movement of company assets and recording data.

Ideal for highly responsible, street-smart candidates who are comfortable with frequent travel and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel across cities/states by road for operational requirements
• Collect and safely transport recording data (SD cards) from city teams
• Transport company devices/inventory between locations when required
• Perform inventory verification and device checks at city locations
• Ensure safety and accountability of company assets during travel
• Coordinate with Data Captains and city teams for smooth operations
• Verify operational readiness and reporting from field teams
• Resolve on-ground operational issues during travel
• Support business recording operations when required
• Maintain proper handover/takeover process for inventory and data

Travel Requirements

• Extensive interstate road travel is mandatory
• Travel may happen on alternate days regularly
• Continuous travel for multiple days may be required based on business needs
• All travel will be company-sponsored
• Candidate must be comfortable with long-distance road travel and flexible schedules
• If no travel is assigned, candidate must report to office and remain on standby for upcoming deployments
