About the Role

Our world-class sales organization at Instead is looking for driven Account Executives for our tax & accounting firm partner channel who can build and nurture client relationships while delivering exceptional revenue results as we scale rapidly! Individuals who are strategic, customer-focused, and passionate about closing a lot of deals will thrive at Instead. Our Account Executives own the process of converting new tax & accounting firm partners and onboarding them into our products.

What You'll Do

  • Demonstrate Instead to new inbound leads and convert into partners. Superior education and closing skill needed we push for a one call close.
  • Heavy call volume on trials and customers of Instead to turn into partners.  You will manage the full sales cycle with no SDR support.
  • Partner with implementation and customer success teams to ensure seamless partner onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and client relationship data within Salesforce.

Nice to Haves

  • 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or fintech
  • Experience selling to tax and accounting firms, bookkeepers, or financial advisors 
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Prior CRM experience (preferably Salesforce)
  • Experience at a high-growth startup
  • Strong network of industry contacts
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year university
