About the role

We're seeking an experienced Marketing Graphic Designer to create, develop, and maintain compelling visual content across multiple channels, including web, email, social media, events, and paid advertising. You'll be responsible for transforming complex tax concepts and content into engaging visual narratives, optimizing brand consistency across all touch points, and ensuring cohesive design systems that drive user engagement. This creative role requires strong design expertise and brand management skills, while collaborating across Marketing, Product, Sales, and Communications teams to deliver comprehensive visual solutions that support our growing fintech and tax technology business.

What you'll do

  • Partner closely with Marketing Managers to translate campaign objectives into high‑impact creative.
  • Create clear, impactful, innovative designs & animations for landing pages, emails, social graphics, event collateral, paid ads, blog visuals, and more.
  • Use data‑driven decision‑making alongside the Brand & Creative Director and Content team to generate ideas that lift engagement and conversions.
  • Bring new brand-building ideas to the table and run with them—from concept through polished assets.
  • Bring fresh, creative concepts that expand brand awareness and execute them.
  • Deliver production‑ready assets against tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
  • Select inclusive, on‑brand stock imagery that reflects our current and prospective clients.
  • Support motion graphics & video (storyboarding, titling, lower‑thirds, light editing).
  • Ensure visual consistency & quality—share WIP, give/receive critique, follow process.
  • Stay on top of trends & tech (new design techniques, channels, tooling) and suggest ways to adopt them.

What you'll need

  • 4-5+ years of graphic design experience in a high‑growth software or tech environment.
  • Polished portfolio showing B2B/B2C work for SaaS, fintech, or comparable industries.
  • Expert‑level Adobe CC—Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Mid-level FIGMA 
  • Bonus skills in WordPress, ClickFunnels, Webflow or Pardot templating/design.
  • Fluency with Mac OS, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom and modern marketing stacks.
  • Grace under pressure: Juggle multiple projects and last‑minute social requests with a positive attitude.
  • Eagle‑eye for detail (misaligned pixels bother you).

Nice to have

  • Motion graphics and video editing experience
  • After Effects, Final Cut, or other motion tools are a plus. 
  • Email HTML + styling
