About the role

We are seeking an experienced Front-End Developer to help create and maintain modern, responsive web applications that deliver outstanding user experiences. In this role, you will transform design concepts into interactive, accessible digital interfaces using leading technologies such as JavaScript and the React ecosystem, applying advanced performance optimization techniques. You will collaborate closely with design, backend, branding, and marketing teams—including regular partnership with our Branding —to develop scalable, maintainable frontend solutions that support user engagement and contribute to business growth. Hands-on development within Webflow will be a central focus, and experience as a Webflow architect is highly valued.

What you'll do

  • Build and maintain interactive sites directly in Webflow, utilizing advanced features such as dynamic collections, localization, and component-driven structures.
  • Develop responsive, branded web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3 (Grid, Flexbox), modern JavaScript (ES6+), and frameworks like React.js, Vue.js, Next.js, or Angular when needed.
  • Translate designs into engaging, accessible user experiences, collaborating closely with designers using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Optimize sites for performance, SEO, and accessibility (code splitting, lazy loading, WebP, WCAG/ADA standards).
  • Integrate marketing tools and CMS platforms—Webflow CMS, Pardot, Salesforce —to support content and campaign goals.
  • Automate and personalize workflows using Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Webflow’s in-built automations.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Branding and marketing team to ensure cohesive brand messaging, unified visual identity, and alignment with campaign objectives across all digital touchpoints.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and brainstorming sessions with marketing, branding, and content stakeholders to shape, refine, and implement new digital initiatives.

What you'll need

  •  5+ years web development experience with proven Webflow expertise: dynamic sites, CMS collections, localization, performance/SEO optimization
  • Strong technical foundation in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern JS frameworks
  • Design-to-code proficiency translating Figma/Adobe XD/Sketch into accessible, interactive web experiences
  • Cross-platform expertise in responsive design, browser compatibility, and WCAG/ADA accessibility
  • Integration skills with workflows, CMS platforms, and marketing analytics tools
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent communication across teams, especially with Branding and marketing leads
  • Quality-focused approach prioritizing web performance, accessibility, data-driven decisions, and attention to detail
  • Adaptable problem-solver who learns new technologies, meets deadlines, and resolves technical issues effectively

Nice to have

  • Advanced Webflow skills with component best practices, Client-First naming, and architect-level workflows
  • Marketing tool proficiency including SEO platforms (SEMrush, Ahrefs), automation (Zapier), and paid media integration
  • AI and design tools experience with ChatGPT, Midjourney, Webflow AI, and Figma collaboration
  • Technical versatility in PHP, MySQL, CMS platforms, and data privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
  • Cross-functional experience on marketing-driven digital teams and branding projects
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field, and relevant certifications or bootcamps, are a plus.
