Our team

A core contributing factor to the influence Instiglio has had thus far includes our collaborative, highly skilled and diverse team. We are a team of 100+ people, representing 15+ nationalities, with offices in Colombia, Kenya, Morocco, Mauritius and the USA. Our team of practitioners has extensive development and government experience, including previous roles in international development banks, management consulting, national governments, multilateral agencies, INGOs and academia.

About the Role

At the core of our new five-year strategy is an ecosystem approach that aims to amplify our impact by 100x. The Empowerment Hub, one of three strategic pillars at Instiglio, has the mandate to galvanize a global movement of civil servants and development practitioners who not only believe in a better public sector but are empowered, inspired, and mobilized to achieve it. We drive this through strategic partnerships, knowledge sharing, and targeted advocacy – working in synergy with the Communications team, which plays a vital role in amplifying visibility and curating Instiglio’s brand.

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to manage these two interconnected areas within Instiglio: The Empowerment Hub and our Brand and Communications team.

How you will make an impact

You will play an orchestrating role across various teams – from the leadership to partnership development, and the people team; elevate Instiglio’s voice in the effectiveness arena; and ensure we meet our influence and outreach KPIs. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader and communicator who thrives in big-picture thinking and strategy while holding the necessary details needed for exceptional execution.
