About Instnt
Fraud is inevitable. Fraud loss isn’t.
Instnt the first fraud loss insurance AI that combines cutting-edge AI-powered identity fraud loss risk management with AM Best A rated insurance balance sheets. Customers can improve margins, reduce costs and shift the entire fraud loss risk off their books with a fixed premium and a 30-day fraud loss claim settlement guarantee.

The solution is revolutionary, but the team is the engine of disruption. Our CEO, a proven serial entrepreneur behind multiple successful “unicorn” companies with IPO and acquisition exits, has built a leadership bench of seasoned experts. For you, this means working alongside industry leaders and builders who know how to scale intelligently. We’re at an inflection point—not merely growing, but leading the market.

The Role

We’re looking for a HubSpot wizard who loves data as much as results. Someone who can manage and improve our Marketing automation engine in Hubspot, our demandgen programs and our lead generation processes. You’ll measure analytics and optimize our marketing funnel, tying your work to pipeline, conversion, and revenue impact. This is a hands-on role where curiosity, clarity, and precision matter as much as technical skill.

You’ll also take ownership of how we track, score, and nurture leads throughout the funnel, designing a lifecycle model that aligns marketing and sales and makes it easy to measure conversion at every stage.

This role is hybrid lite. We value in-person collaboration and would like team members to join us in our NYC office on a regular cadence, but there is no strict requirement. Below, we have reflected the base salary range we would offer for this position. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors, including but not limited to experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of Instnt’s total compensation package for employees, with equity being a significant part of the overall offer.

New York City: $80,000 to $120,000

What You’ll Do

  • Own and evolve Instnt’s HubSpot-centered growth stack, ensuring data accuracy and seamless integrations.
  • Build and launch campaigns, landing pages, and automated journeys that convert and scale.
  • Develop, implement, and refine lead scoring and lifecycle models that align marketing and sales.
  • Design systems for clean, fit-for-purpose data, from UTM tracking to reporting dashboards.
  • Design and run A/B tests across emails, landing pages, and campaigns, using results to drive optimization.
  • Connect the dots between marketing activity and business results, turning insights into action.
  • Partner with sales to ensure alignment on lead flow, lifecycle stages, and reporting.
  • Manage WordPress updates, analytics integrations, and other connected tools in the marketing ecosystem.
  • Automate workflows, troubleshoot issues, and continuously optimize for efficiency and insight.
  • Create and maintain documentation and training for marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent processes and data quality.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations across all marketing systems and workflows.
  • Design scalable systems and processes that can support Instnt’s rapid growth, ensuring our marketing infrastructure evolves as the company scales.

Who You Are

  • You are a HubSpot power user who knows how to build, automate, and optimize clean, high-performing systems.
  • You are a systems thinker with a builder’s mindset—technical enough to automate, strategic enough to drive impact.
  • You have startup experience. You move fast, stay curious, and build structure from chaos.
  • You are obsessed with optimization. You test, measure, and refine every campaign and workflow to make the system smarter.
  • You are a connector who bridges marketing and sales, aligning systems with business goals.
  • You care about data integrity, compliance, and clarity. Nothing leaves your stack without purpose.
  • Bonus points: Experience in FinTech or high-growth SaaS environments where precision and scale matter.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
