What we're looking for (role overview):
We're hiring a Sr. Marketing Specialist who embodies the next generation of B2B marketers: a generalist experienced across multiple domains who can orchestrate across functions, operate full-stack, and use AI to punch above their weight. You'll be the connective tissue across our marketing efforts, creating content that builds our brand and fuels demand, equipping our sales team with the materials they need to win, and lending a hand when events need support.

- AI Champion: You are on the cutting edge of AI and leverage AI as a core workflow to accelerate output, enhance quality, and continuously experiment with new ways of working
- Cross-channel marketing: You are able to seamlessly execute across content, campaigns, sales enablement, and events while owning work end-to-end
- Exceptional storytelling: You create high-quality, insight-driven content and translating positioning into compelling stories across personas and funnel stages
- Events: You can support our events team with anything from content creation to campaign coordination to operations and logistics
- Project management: You have strong project management ownership and can operate end-to-end across initiatives
- Data-driven and highly collaborative: partnering cross-functionally and optimizing based on performance and real-world results
Who you are (ideal profile):
- Your professional journey includes 5+ years experience in B2B marketing
- A modern B2B marketer who can connect strategy to execution across multiple functions
- Equally comfortable thinking about the full funnel and messaging and actually building the assets that bring it to life
- Resourceful and AI-native, you have experience implementing AI and know when to automate and when human creativity matters most
- Highly collaborative, with a natural ability to work across sales, marketing, and leadership teams
- Curious and insight-driven, focused on audience understanding rather than content volume
- Proactive and hands-on, willing to step in wherever needed to move the business forward
How you will create impact (key responsibilities):
- Leverage AI as a force multiplier across everything you do accelerating execution, increasing output, and enabling a level of impact that goes beyond traditional marketing bandwidth
- Support a high-impact content strategy across formats, developing insight-driven, differentiated content and scaling production through thoughtful use of AI
- Support and amplify events through strategic content, coordinated campaigns, and pre/post engagement plans that drive pipeline
- Help build and optimize a best-in-class sales enablement ecosystem, creating and managing assets that directly influence deal progression and revenue outcomes
- Operate as a true marketing generalist, stepping in across campaigns, launches, and initiatives to connect content, channels, and conversion into cohesive, high-impact programs
Compensation
At InStride, final offer amounts are dependent on multiple factors including location, depth of experience, interview performance and equity with other team members.

Compensation range:
$95,000 - $105,000 USD
