About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team on a 6-month contract. This role will focus on managing end-to-end hiring for 5-8 roles within our Engineering and Product teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full-cycle recruiting process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and facilitating offers
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and develop sourcing strategies
  • Source and engage top talent through multiple channels, ensuring a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Utilize Greenhouse for applicant tracking and managing recruiting workflows
  • Effectively communicate with teams using Gmail, Slack, and Google Sheets for scheduling, reporting, and collaboration
  • Represent the company’s values and culture, providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process

 

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of sourcing recruitment experience in a corporate and/or agency environment
  • 2+ years of technical recruitment experience
  • Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms
  • Proven success delivering innovative sourcing and recruiting methods
  • In-depth direct sourcing expertise utilizing a range of methods and sources
  • Strong relationship management skills with an ability to build trust and credibility with both candidates and hiring managers
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
  • Familiarity and comfort with a data driven environment and ability to use metrics to guide decision-making
