Is this still an ok time to talk? Great! Well, what I thought we could do was have me go over Keeley’s beginning, then what we’ve been up to lately and how we see ourselves growing in the future and then we will review your work experience sounds good? Ok! 

So, Keeley starts in 1976 as a small Paving Contractor in Sauget IL so right across the river from St. Louis by Larry Keeley and his son Rusty. Rusty has been our CEO since the early 1990s but both him and Larry are big entrepreneurs that wanted to grow that small company into what we are today – a diversified general contractor. 

The way our company’s org structure sits are we have Keeley Companies which is where a lot of our support services and cultural pillar teams sit like IT, Marketing, Accounting, Keeley Cares, Keeley U etc. and then beneath Keeley Companies are our three different brands. Keeley Construction, which is divided up into our 4 different groups, civil, paving, industrial & building. Then we have Keeley Properties, we brought them on as a brand in 2017 they are our real estate development side of the business, and they work very closely with our building group within Keeley Construction. And finally, we have Keeley Restoration Group that was brought on in 2021 and they are ramping up business for 2022. 

Our biggest growth has been since 2006 with 20% year over year growth, with 57% growth in 2020, Over 40% growth in 2021, and we are on target to do 58% growth just in again this year. 

So, all this growth and opportunity has really led to this position being added to insert group and give a short description of what the position entails.

SALARY SPEEL 

Let’s talk about total compensation package and what we have to offer in benefits is a big part of that, so we pay for 100% of our employees medical and dental monthly premiums plus all dependents. Deductible for family is $1000 and single person is $500. 

We match that the full 6% for 401k so if you put in 6, you will get 12. There is a 6-month waiting period but as soon as you enter you are immediately vested. 

All positions are bonus eligible and are distributed every March. We don’t say its 3 or 5% of your salary just depends on the success of the company.
