AMS Senior Certified Workday Integrations Lead Consultant

Intecrowd Certified Workday AMS Lead Integration Consultants focus on more common integration projects to ensure successful Workday deployments, usually as initial customer implementations, “Phase X,” or AMS projects.
If you have experience with object-oriented programming, service-oriented architecture design principals, typical ERP/HCM integration design patterns, phased implementation methodologies, knowledge of various integration technologies, and a consultative approach to your customers, a role as an AMS Lead Integration Consultant may be a great match.
Essential Functions:
- Work on client engagements as a contributor
- Build and maintain relationships with implementation teams
- Keep the project team apprised of assigned work status
- Join and participate in discovery sessions with customer and project team members
- Manage competing priorities
- Provide feedback internally on projects/products where areas of improvement are identified
- Ensure the client is referenceable once the client is in production
- Participate in update training and other events that help share one’s integration & product skills with other consultants
- Assist in building ongoing relationships with customers to promote Intecrowd’s continued growth and success
- Advise customers on the adoption of Workday integrations and security best practices
- Use field experience and product expertise to support our pre-sales organization in talking with prospective customers
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Current Workday Integration Certification + at least 1 additional integration certification (Studio, CCTPP, CCB, Fin Int) Required
- Hands-on experience either implementing Workday integrations, post-production support, or technical and/or functional consulting experience
- 4+ years of software application experience with EDI, Web Services, SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net or other integration technologies
- 3+ years integrating systems with third-party service vendors
- Experience with other HR Technology tools
- Experience in scoping and planning projects
- Understanding of data and systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good negotiation and facilitation skills
- Ability to work proactively and independently within a project framework
- Willingness to advance technically and earn additional Workday certifications
Working Conditions:
- Remote work
- Shifts and/or schedules may change throughout the year/tenure as dictated by management and business needs
- May be required to sit and review information on a computer screen for long periods of time.
- May require repetitive motions of the hands and wrist related to writing and typing at an electronic keyboard.
