Outbound Sales Representative

Full-Time | Fully Remote | $15/hour + uncapped commission | 40 hours weekly within 7 AM–11 PM CST
Target Start Date: November 2nd 2026

About the Role

Intellipet is hiring experienced phone sales professionals to work warm outbound leads in a fast-paced remote call center. You’ll connect with prospective customers seeking service-animal and emotional-support-animal related products and services, understand their needs, explain available services and products, overcome objections, and close sales while working toward individual performance goals.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1+ years of outbound phone sales or call center sales experience
  • Demonstrated history of meeting sales quotas, activity goals, or performance targets
  • Comfort making a high volume of outbound calls and hearing “no” without losing momentum
  • Strong discovery, rapport-building, objection-handling, and closing skills
  • Brings genuine empathy to every call, understanding that many customers are going through difficult personal circumstances.
  • Ability to adapt your approach based on customer needs and feedback
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, distraction-free workspace

What You’ll Do

  • Make outbound calls to warm leads; no cold calling
  • Identify customer needs through effective questioning
  • Recommend and sell relevant services and products
  • Handle objections and confidently move conversations toward a close
  • Upsell additional products when appropriate
  • Meet or exceed individual sales and activity goals
  • Maintain accurate records across multiple systems

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in insurance, collections, debt relief, automotive, travel, home services, telesales, or other performance-driven phone sales environments
  • Commission-based sales experience
  • Experience selling to warm or inbound-generated leads
