Full-Time | Fully Remote | $21.63/hour + uncapped commission | 40 hours weekly within 8 AM–9 PM CST

About the Role

Intellipet is hiring experienced phone sales professionals to help pet owners choose and enroll in professional dog training programs. This is a consultative closing role for sellers who are comfortable discovering customer needs, handling objections, and closing higher-value services in a goal-driven call center environment.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years of phone sales, inside sales, or call center sales experience
  • Demonstrated success closing higher-value products or services through a consultative sales process
  • Experience working toward individual sales goals, quotas, or KPIs
  • Strong discovery, objection-handling, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Comfort working in a high-volume phone environment and navigating multiple systems
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, distraction-free workspace

What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound and outbound conversations with prospective customers
  • Discover each customer’s goals, needs, and barriers
  • Recommend the appropriate dog training program
  • Handle objections and confidently ask for the sale
  • Meet or exceed individual sales goals and KPIs
  • Document customer interactions accurately

Preferred Experience

  • High-ticket or full-cycle sales experience
  • Commission-based sales experience
  • Experience selling services, memberships, education, insurance, automotive, home services, or other considered-purchase offerings
