AI Product Developer

Do you love the moment an idea becomes something you can click on? Do you enjoy sitting with the people who'll actually use what you make? Are you the kind of builder who can't quite tell where design ends and code begins - and likes it that way? 
 
For our Copenhagen office, we are looking for an AI Product Developer to help us design, prototype, and build the next generation of data- and AI-driven products for our clients.  

This is not a traditional UX designer role, and it's not a traditional front-end role either. It's a builder role for someone who lives at the intersection of product thinking, design craft, front-end engineering, and emerging AI tools.

What will you be working on? 

You’ll be working closely with our strategy and AI teams, turning strategies, models, and new workflows into products that our clients actually use. The role spans the full path from problem to shipped product:  

• Frame the problem alongside the client. Sit with client teams. Map workflows. Ask the questions that get past surface requirements. Translate business and data complexity into clear user journeys and interfaces. 

• Move from idea to working prototype in days. Use the latest AI tools to power your productivity to get there fastest. Demo to stakeholders. Iterate against real feedback. 

• Build the thing. Ship client-facing POCs and MVPs. Design and code as the same act, not two phases with a handoff between them. 

• Design GenAI interfaces that don't feel like AI slop in a box. Streaming responses, tool use, retrieval, multi-step agents, wrapped in interfaces that make complex AI behaviour feel coherent. 

• Tell the story around what we have built. Hero visuals, case narratives, signature demos. The output that defines how Intellishore shows up to clients and the market. You’ll be a part of shaping the experience of what we deliver and how we show up.  

 

Who are we looking for?  

Successful candidates are curious, craft-led builders with entrepreneurial energy. You are perfect for this role if you:  

• Are experienced in building GenAI interfaces. The things you've built work, look good, and were used by someone. You are comfortable deploying to Vercel and wiring up APIs.  

• Care about the craft. Visual quality, interaction design, the small details. You think how something feels is part of whether it works. 

• Are entrepreneurial and comfortable with ambiguity. You are the kind of person who'd rather fail fast than waiting for a full brief. 

• Are collaborative. You enjoy working closely with people across disciplines - strategy, data scientists, engineers, clients. 

• Are fluent in AI-native tooling. You multiply your productivity and quality through the latest AI tools and stay up to date on the latest developments.  

• Have client experience. Agency, studio, or consultancy background is a plus.  

We don’t care what you studied - we care about what you’ve built. Show us interfaces, prototypes, visuals, experiments, or anything that demonstrates how you turn ideas into products or experiences when you apply.
