Description

We are looking for a Growth Associate to support our mission of expanding the Cosmos ecosystem through builder engagement and institutional outreach. This is ideal for someone who is deeply curious about crypto, and wants to get hands-on experience across developer outreach, program execution, and early-stage business development.

You will work closely with the Head of Growth and broader team to implement ecosystem growth initiatives - whether that's executing events, engaging with builders, assisting with grant programs, or helping onboard new institutional partners. You’re proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional environment.

This is an opportunity to grow into a high-impact role and gain exposure to both technical and business sides of web3. You will be trusted to take ownership of key processes and driving the build of a world class growth team.

Role

  • Support execution of growth programs such as developer events, educational initiatives, and ecosystem activations.

  • Assist with sourcing and managing leads in the technical and institutional pipeline (e.g. builder outreach, tracking BD opportunities).

  • Help maintain CRM and internal dashboards to keep growth data up to date and actionable.

  • Conduct ecosystem and market research to support partner outreach or strategic decisions.

  • Help coordinate grants processes including intake, evaluation, and reporting.

  • Engage with the builder community via online forums, Discord, and IRL events to promote Cosmos ecosystem opportunities.

  • Support reporting and goal-tracking efforts for the Head of Growth and executive team.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 1–6 years of experience in a relevant field (growth, business development, community, program management, or startup/VC operations).

  • Demonstrated interest and experience in web3, crypto, or developer ecosystems.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail—able to keep many balls in the air.

  • Confident communicator and writer in English.

  • Self-starter attitude with a bias for execution and action.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-moving environments.

Bonus:

  • Exposure to technical communities, startups, or hackathons.

  • Experience working in a remote-first, global team.

  • Familiarity with Cosmos ecosystem and broader web3 ecosystem.
