What's the opportunity? 

Intercom is scaling its Outbound Program to drive predictable pipeline and revenue through highly targeted and personalized multi-channel ABM campaigns. This role is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of our outbound organization—helping to shape and grow Intercom’s ABM motion as a key pillar of our go-to-market strategy.

As an ABM Campaign Manager, you’ll play a key role in crafting and launching marketing and sales ABM campaigns that effectively progress key target accounts through each stage of their buying journey. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—including Product Marketing, Data Analytics, Sales, Sales Operations, Field Marketing, and Partner Marketing—to align messaging, leverage intent data, and ensure campaigns drive measurable impact. Success in this role means launching campaigns that generate pipeline at key prospect accounts, optimizing performance through data-driven insights, and contributing to the evolution of our outbound marketing motion.

What will I be doing? 

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop comprehensive ABM strategies aligned with Intercom's growth objectives
  • Design and implement personalized marketing approaches for key audiences
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated campaign execution

Campaign Execution & Management

  • Orchestrate multi-channel outbound ABM campaigns across email, paid media, paid social, direct mail, events, and more
  • Implement segmentation and personalization strategies
  • Manage campaign platforms including Marketo, 6sense, Outreach, and Conversica
  • Create and maintain ABM campaign content repositories and assets

Technical Implementation

  • Set up and manage marketing automation workflows
  • Build personalized landing pages and demos using Mutiny and Vidu
  • Ensure proper data flow between marketing tactics and Salesforce
  • Execute A/B testing to optimize campaign performance

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Track campaign metrics including engagement rates, conversion rates, and ROI
  • Provide regular reporting on ABM program performance
  • Optimize campaigns based on data insights and industry trends
  • Manage audience specific analytics

What skills do I need? 

  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience with focus on outbound ABM campaigns (1:Many, 1:Few, 1:1)
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Hands-on expertise with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo), Outbound platforms (e.g., 6Sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Demandbase), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Mutiny, Vidu, Conversica etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and use insights to optimize campaigns
  • Deep understanding of B2B marketing principles and outbound marketing and sale strategies

The base salary range for candidates within the San Francisco Bay Area is $124,875 - $180,600. Actual base pay will depend on a variety of factors such as education, skills, experience, location, etc. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All regular employees may also be eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
