What's the opportunity?
We are looking for a curious, motivated, and data-driven Senior Financial Analyst to join the GTM Finance team in San Francisco. Serving as a strategic partner to our Global GTM and Finance teams, you will play a crucial role in driving financial execution within Marketing and Customer Success, assist in the planning process, and conduct other ad hoc financial analyses. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll collaborate with GTM teams across the company, develop a strong understanding of Enterprise SaaS business and key metrics, help inform and influence strategic decisions, and develop actionable insights to take our fast-growing company to the next level!
What will I be doing?
- Monitor and improve monthly and quarterly Top-of-the-Funnel (TOFU) performance models, and prepare regular updates comparing performance against targets.
- Synthesize and report on changes in the Marketing funnel to enhance our understanding of their impact on company performance.
- Facilitate quarterly capacity analysis for the Customer Solutions, Sales Engineering, and Professional Services teams.
- Support Accounting in month-end close; investigate variances in marketing spend by channel, initiative, and cost center to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the broader GTM, Product, and Finance teams to align on company forecasts and performance trends.
- Execute relevant GTM and Finance reports for the C-suite and other key executives.
- Research and benchmark our growth and financial metrics against industry comparables.
What skills do I need?
- Minimum of 2 years of experience within GTM/Strategic Finance or equivalent tenure from related positions in Corporate FP&A, investment banking, or management consulting.
- Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record, preferably in a quantitative discipline.
- Required proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite. Tableau, Adaptive or similar forecasting tools are preferred.
- Proven track record of supporting the development of actionable analysis with moderate supervision.
- Experience in building cross-functional relationships within Sales, Marketing, or Analytics organizations; prior experience in Marketing/GTM Finance or Ops is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting analyses to senior leaders.
- Demonstrated ability and curiosity to quickly learn new technical skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of SQL is strongly preferred but not required.

*Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
The base salary range for candidates within the San Francisco Bay Area is $129,500 - $150,500. Actual base pay will depend on a variety of factors such as education, skills, experience, location, etc. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All regular employees may also be eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
