Ready to level up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place. Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

What's the opportunity?

We're looking for a Senior Program Manager to join the Strategic Program Management team in Dublin. Our team helps drive Fin's most important company priorities, from company objectives to critical cross-functional projects and programs. We're looking for a versatile, hands-on operator who thrives on solving complex business problems. No two challenges will look quite the same. You'll need to get up to speed quickly, bring clarity to ambiguity, build strong partnerships across the business and take ownership of driving meaningful outcomes.

What will I be doing?

  • Partner with company leadership to drive Fin's highest-priority initiatives, from company objectives to critical cross-functional projects and programs.
  • Step into complex, ambiguous or fast-moving areas of the business, quickly understand the problem, identify what needs to happen and take ownership of moving things forward.
  • Shape and define programs of work, establishing clear priorities, outcomes, ownership and plans for successful execution.
  • Get into the details to understand business challenges, surface open questions, identify trade-offs and help drive informed decisions.
  • Work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, building trusted relationships, bringing a point of view and challenging assumptions where needed.
  • Establish the right structures and ways of working to create clarity, accountability and momentum, without introducing unnecessary complexity.
  • Drive execution end to end, proactively identifying and resolving risks, blockers and dependencies to keep work moving and deliver results.
  • Use data and business context to understand performance, inform recommendations and communicate progress, risks and decisions clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to improve how Fin operates, introducing practical, scalable solutions that make teams more effective.
  • Live our company values and be a role model for the people and teams you work with.

What skills do I need?

  • You have 7+ years of experience in program management, business operations or similar roles, with a track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects and programs. Experience in B2B SaaS is a plus.
  • You're a strong generalist who can quickly understand unfamiliar business problems, connect the dots across different functions and identify what needs to happen to move things forward.
  • You have excellent operational judgment and know how to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You're equally comfortable defining an approach and rolling up your sleeves to deliver it.
  • You have experience working directly with senior leaders and executives, building credibility, influencing decisions and constructively challenging thinking where needed.
  • You demonstrate a high degree of ownership and accountability, with the ability to independently drive multiple high-priority initiatives in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
  • You have strong business acumen and are comfortable using data to understand problems, evaluate trade-offs, identify opportunities and make informed recommendations.
  • You're proactive, resourceful and solutions-oriented, with a track record of navigating complexity, unblocking teams and driving work through to completion.
  • You're an excellent communicator who can bring clarity to complex topics, facilitate productive discussions and tailor your communication to different audiences, including executive leadership.
