Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Partnerships Manager to lead the development of strategic alliances within the B2B tech and healthcare space. This role will focus on identifying, cultivating, and maintaining partnerships with digital marketing agencies, advertising firms without in-house PR, SEO/content marketing agencies, and other high-opportunity partners. The ideal candidate has a strong business development background and a deep understanding of how PR services can complement and enhance partner offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partnership Development: Identify, target, and establish relationships with agencies and service providers that have complementary client PR needs.
  • Strategic Positioning: Develop compelling partnership value propositions that align with our PR expertise and the partners’ business goals.
  • Revenue Growth: Convert strategic alliances into a consistent pipeline of new business opportunities within the B2B tech and healthcare industries.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal account teams and leadership to refine partnership models, develop communication materials, and streamline referral processes.
  • Relationship Management: Serve as the primary liaison with partners, ensuring long-term collaboration and continued business development success.

Qualifications

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years in business development, partnership management, or a related role within B2B tech, healthcare, marketing, or professional services.
  • Proven track record of forging and scaling partner ecosystems that drive revenue growth.
  • Experience developing strategic alliances with digital marketing agencies, advertising firms, or similar service providers.

Skills

  • Strong industry network with established relationships in the B2B tech and healthcare space.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust, align business objectives, and close partnership deals.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to “hunt” new opportunities and “farm” existing relationships for long-term value.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus
