About the Role

We’re seeking a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) who’s equal parts strategist and hands-on leader to take charge of our revenue machine. Reporting directly to our CEO, you’ll unify sales, marketing, customer success, partnerships, and pricing to fuel our growth and hit our bold targets. This is your chance to shape how we grow, collaborate with an ambitious team, and make a real impact in a fast-moving agency.

What You’ll Do

 

Lead Our Revenue Growth

  • Build and drive a bold plan to grow revenue across our services: SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (AIO), Outbound email marketing, and paid media management,
  • Create systems to scale Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and achieve double-digit year-over-year growth.

Make Data Your Superpower

  • Leverage analytics, benchmarks, and market insights to fine-tune go-to-market strategies.

Build a Winning Team

  • Recruit and mentor a top-notch crew of sales and revenue professionals.
  • Develop a reliable pipeline with sharp forecasting and deal-closing excellence.

Grow Our Market and Delight Clients

  • Lead expansion into new industries, partnerships, or acquisitions to broaden our reach.

Partner with Leadership

  • Team up with our CEO and leadership crew to identify new opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years leading, 15+ total years in Sales, Marketing, or Partnerships, ideally in a fast-paced agency, SaaS, or performance marketing environment.
  • Proven track record of driving exceptional double-digit revenue growth and scaling commercial teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and board stakeholders.
