Position Overview
Interdependence is seeking an Account Supervisor to join our growing Consumer team. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in public relations, thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, and is passionate about driving creative, results-oriented campaigns for leading consumer brands. This role is perfect for a highly organized and collaborative professional who can balance day-to-day execution with strategic insight.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and execute integrated PR campaigns across earned, owned, and influencer channels with precision and creativity.

Act as the primary client contact, delivering strategic guidance and fostering strong relationships with consumer brand clients.

Drive media relations, including proactive pitching, curating targeted media lists, and cultivating lasting media connections.

Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic campaign planning, client presentations, and comprehensive performance reporting.

Guide and mentor junior team members, ensuring exceptional quality and timeliness of deliverables.

Stay ahead of industry trends, news, and competitive landscapes to shape proactive media strategies and client recommendations.

Manage event logistics, product launches, media briefings, and press trips with seamless coordination.

Analyze and report on campaign performance, presenting actionable insights and key metrics to clients.

Contribute to new business development through research, media audits, and compelling proposal creation.
Qualifications:

6+ years of public relations experience, ideally in an agency environment, with a strong focus on consumer brands.

Proven media relations expertise, demonstrated by securing high-impact, top-tier media placements.

Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to juggle multiple accounts and priorities while maintaining organization and meeting deadlines.

Experience mentoring or managing junior staff, fostering their growth and development.

Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented approach, thriving in a fast-paced team setting.

Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field.
