
Social Media Account Executive
We're looking for a proactive and creative Account Executive, Social Media to join our growing team. This is an ideal role for a social media expert with a passion for building brands and a knack for creating engaging written and video content. You'll work closely with clients and our internal teams to manage and execute strategic, high-impact social media campaigns.
This is a great opportunity for someone with professional social media experience to take on increased ownership of accounts, interact directly with clients, and contribute to both creative strategy and day-to-day execution.
Key Responsibilities

Client Interaction & Account Management: Participate in client meetings and calls, providing updates, reports, and strategic recommendations. You'll ensure all deliverables meet brand standards, deadlines, and goals.

Content Strategy & Execution: Create and publish engaging written content, as well as curate and schedule video content, across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (formerly Twitter). You'll manage content calendars, posting schedules, and daily community engagement to build and maintain a strong online presence.

Collaboration & Creative Development: Work with our creative teams to develop compelling visuals and assets. You'll ensure all content resonates with target audiences and aligns with the overall brand voice.

Analytics & Optimization: Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular client reports. By analyzing engagement, reach, and conversion metrics, you'll provide actionable recommendations for campaign enhancements.

Industry Insights: Stay on top of the latest platform updates, social media trends, and emerging digital tools. You'll identify new opportunities for organic growth, influencer collaborations, and innovative storytelling.
Qualifications

Experience: A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, plus 2+ years of professional experience in social media management. Agency or brand environment experience is a big plus.

Skills: Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills are a must. You should be proficient with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later) and analytics platforms.

Mindset: We're looking for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced setting. You should be a creative thinker with the ability to turn big ideas into engaging social content.
Bonus Qualifications

Experience supporting paid social media campaigns.

Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or basic video editing software is a plus.
