The Role

Interdependence is seeking a talented and reliable Freelance Graphic Designer to support our creative, social, and account teams on a project-by-project basis. This designer will contribute to high-quality visual assets that enhance client campaigns, elevate brand identity, and support internal and external marketing initiatives.

This is a great opportunity for a versatile designer who enjoys a mix of social media creative, digital assets, presentations, and brand-focused visuals — and who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, remote environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality design assets for social media, digital campaigns, brand activations, and PR initiatives.

  • Create visually compelling presentations, including pitch decks and client reports.

  • Support branding projects, including logos, style guides, and visual identity elements.

  • Collaborate closely with account, creative, and social teams to meet project objectives and deadlines.

  • Adapt creative concepts into multiple formats while maintaining brand consistency.

  • Receive and implement feedback quickly and accurately.

  • Manage multiple concurrent projects with strong attention to detail and time management.


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably supporting PR, marketing, or digital agencies.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital, social, and brand design work.

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and presentation tools (PowerPoint/Keynote).

  • Experience designing social media assets, infographics, pitch decks, and branded content.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

  • Strong communication skills and responsiveness to feedback.

  • Motion graphics or basic video editing skills are a plus, but not required.
