WHO WE ARE

The PR industry hasn't really changed in fifty years. Relationships, lunches, luck, and a clip report at the end of the month.

Interdependence is rebuilding it from the ground up. Interviewed, our proprietary platform, analyzes 300,000+ stories every day across a network of 250,000 journalists. We turn earned media into something measurable, repeatable, and worth paying for, and apply the same data and discipline across paid, social, content, and brand. Integrated marketing run by one team, on one system, accountable to one result.

Forbes named us one of America's Best PR Agencies. Our 100+ person team works with brands, CMOs, founders, and entrepreneurs across consumer, healthcare, tech, B2B, travel and entertainment.

We move fast. The best argument wins. We hire for sharp thinking, real craft, and ownership from day one. If you want comfortable, this isn't the place. If you want to win, build with us.

The ideal candidate combines strong B2B marketing expertise with a hunter mentality, exceptional relationship-building skills, and an entrepreneurial approach to growth. You'll serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership, helping expand Interdependence's capabilities, client portfolio, and market presence through strategic acquisitions.

  • Establish and nurture relationships with agency founders, owners, and executive leaders.
  • Identify off-market acquisition opportunities through proactive prospecting and industry research.
  • Lead initial conversations with prospective acquisition targets and assess their interest in potential partnerships or acquisitions.

Acquisition Pipeline & Performance

  • Develop and manage an acquisition marketing funnel, from target identification and initial engagement through qualified opportunities.
  • Establish KPIs to measure outreach effectiveness, qualified acquisition leads, pipeline growth, and conversion.
  • Analyze campaign and prospecting performance to optimize targeting, messaging, and channel strategies.
  • Maintain accurate acquisition pipeline reporting and provide regular updates to executive leadership.
  • Partner with leadership to evaluate prospective acquisition targets based on business performance, service capabilities, client portfolios, and strategic fit.

Strategic Growth & Executive Partnership

  • Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership in developing and executing Interdependence's acquisition growth strategy.
  • Support acquisition discussions, relationship development, and due diligence in partnership with leadership and external advisors.
  • Identify opportunities to expand the firm's B2B capabilities, industry expertise, and market presence through acquisitions.
  • Develop scalable processes and strategies to strengthen acquisition sourcing and pipeline development.
  • Bring forward new ideas, market intelligence, and recommendations to accelerate growth.
