About interface.ai

interface.ai is the fastest-growing Agentic AI platform for credit unions and community banks. We power millions of intelligent conversations daily across voice, chat, and internal co-pilot interfaces-enabling automation, personalization, and financial wellness at scale.

We’re a venture-backed, product-led startup operating with urgency, precision, and ambition. Our platform is trusted by over 100 institutions-and we’re just getting started.

About the Role

As Principal Product Manager - Platforms, you will own the vision, roadmap, and execution for the Interface Self-Service Platform and the Core Agentic AI Platform that powers all of our products.

This is a foundational role-your work will impact every customer, every internal team, and every product line.

You’ll be responsible for building and evolving the core AI platforms, tools, and orchestration engines that enable:

  • Product configurability and onboarding across institutions

  • Core agentic behavior: dynamic workflows, goal routing, memory, context switching

  • Scalable deployment of voice, chat, discovery, transaction, and co-pilot interfaces

  • Internal tools, admin dashboards, and platform governance

This is a deeply technical, high-leverage product role for a platform-minded builder who wants to scale intelligent systems across a high-growth business.

What You’ll Do

Define the Platform Vision and Roadmap

  • Set the strategic direction for the Self-Service Platform and Core Agentic AI capabilities.

  • Align platform evolution with the needs of all vertical product lines (voice, chat, internal co-pilot, analytics).

Build for Configurability and Reuse

  • Design and ship self-serve tooling that empowers institutions to configure their products independently-personas, workflows, UI logic, escalation policies, and integrations.

  • Reduce time-to-deploy through schema-driven systems and configuration-first UI primitives.

Scale the Agentic Core

  • Define how our Agentic AI works across all products-memory, session context, task orchestration, next-best action, and goal state transitions.

  • Partner with research and engineering to make agentic behavior composable, observable, and tunable.

Develop Internal Tooling and Governance

  • Own the interface.ai admin portal and internal dashboards used for configuration, audit logs, release management, and platform health.

  • Ensure our platform is secure, multi-tenant, and provides granular role-based access control across environments.

Enable Product-Led Growth Across Products

  • Make it easy for GTM and implementation teams to launch, iterate, and scale products on the platform with minimal engineering lift.

  • Own shared platform features like analytics scaffolding, account provisioning, localization, versioning, and usage metering.

Drive Cross-Team Alignment and Adoption

  • Work with PMs across Orbit, Sphere, Nexus, and Analytics to support their product goals through platform capabilities.

  • Define interfaces, APIs, and modular components that make platform services consumable and extensible.

What Success Looks Like

In your first 6-12 months, you will:

  • Launch a unified configuration experience used across 100+ institutions.

  • Drive adoption of the new core platform services across all product lines.

  • Reduce onboarding and customization timelines through improved platform tooling.

  • Establish strong interfaces and feedback loops between core platform and vertical product teams.

What You Bring

Required

  • 5+ years in product management, including experience in platform, AI, or developer product teams.

  • Prior background in engineering (3-4 years of experience and formal CS degree).

  • Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS architectures, config-driven systems, and platform abstractions.

  • Experience owning multi-tenant platforms with internal tools, admin dashboards, or governance workflows.

  • Comfort working across engineering, design, research, and customer teams-translating deep technical requirements into clear product outcomes.

  • Skill in using prompt engineering techniques to enhance productivity, drive efficiency, and decision-making with generative AI tools.

Preferred

  • Experience with orchestration engines, AI frameworks, or workflow builders.

  • Familiarity with developer portals, permission systems, and large-scale internal platforms.

  • Background in product-led growth models that depend on platform scalability and configurability.

Why This Role is Critical

  • You’re the product owner of the product platform. Every customer experience and product delivery depends on what you build.

  • You will shape how agentic AI is deployed at scale. This is a first-principles opportunity to define primitives for dynamic, goal-based automation.

You will define internal tools, external surfaces, and cross-product standards-serving hundreds of institutions and internal teams.

Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
