About the Role:

We’re seeking a Senior Talent Operations Specialist who thrives on data, systems, and process excellence. You’ll be the operational and analytical backbone of our recruiting function—combining analytics, automation, and process rigor to make the Talent Acquisition (TA) team more effective, efficient, and insight-driven.

You’ll own the design and delivery of recruitment dashboards and executive reports that turn data into action. You’ll also manage the operational lifecycle of new hires, ensuring seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences in partnership with HR and IT.

This role sits at the intersection of analytics, enablement, and process excellence — a critical enabler in scaling a high-performing TA organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Dashboard Development & Reporting:

  • Design, build, and maintain recruitment dashboards in Power BI or similar tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) to provide real-time visibility into hiring metrics and funnel performance.

  • Develop and maintain an Executive Summary Dashboard that highlights:

    • Recruitment Funnel Health: Applications → Offer → Hire with conversion and drop-off visibility.

    • Speed & Efficiency: Time-to-Fill, Time-to-Start, and median days per stage.

    • Hiring Progress vs Targets: Offers accepted vs plan, requisition tracking, and hiring velocity.

    • Offer Outcomes: Offer acceptance rates and categorized decline reasons.

    • Source Effectiveness: Hiring results by channel (referrals, direct, job boards, agencies, etc.).

    • Accountability Metrics: Recruiter SLAs and hiring manager responsiveness.

    • Open Requisition Visibility: Priorities, assigned recruiter, projected start date, and pipeline status.

  • Build leadership decks to present recruitment data, trends, and insights to the VP of People and executive leadership.

Systems & Tools Management:

  • Serve as the Greenhouse ATS expert—managing configurations, reporting, integrations, and optimization.

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all recruiting systems and reports.

  • Partner with IT, Finance, and HR to maintain seamless integration between ATS, HRIS, and onboarding platforms.

  • Evaluate and implement new recruiting tools or automations to enhance the TA tech stack.

Operational Excellence & Process Optimization:

  • Streamline and document all Talent Acquisition workflows, automations, and processes for efficiency and scalability.

  • Define and monitor recruiter SLAs, hiring KPIs, and compliance standards to ensure accountability.

  • Partner with leadership and the VP of People to forecast headcount, manage recruiting budgets, and deliver data-driven insights that guide strategy.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across recruiting operations and candidate experience.

Onboarding & Offboarding Operations:

  • Oversee the new hire onboarding process—coordinating system setup, access, documentation, and Day 1 readiness in collaboration with HR and IT.

  • Conduct new hire orientation sessions to ensure smooth integration into the organization.

  • Support offboarding processes, ensuring compliance, data closure, and a consistent employee exit experience.

  • Maintain documentation and process audits for all onboarding/offboarding activities.

Leadership Reporting & Strategic Insights:

  • Build and deliver executive reports and presentations summarizing recruiting performance and business impact.

  • Provide deep-dive analytics and insights that uncover bottlenecks and influence strategic workforce planning.

  • Partner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and business leaders to align hiring execution with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations or Recruiting Analytics.

  • Proven expertise in Power BI or similar BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Google Data Studio).

  • Advanced proficiency with Greenhouse ATS, including reporting, workflows, and integrations.

  • Strong analytical mindset with deep understanding of recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, conversion rates, offer acceptance, source effectiveness).

  • Proven ability to build dashboards and executive decks that communicate key hiring insights.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.

  • Strong process orientation with experience streamlining and documenting operational workflows.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with HRIS or onboarding systems integrations.

  • Familiarity with SQL, advanced Excel, or Python for data analysis.

  • Experience supporting a high-growth, tech-driven organization.

  • Understanding of compliance and data governance in recruiting operations.

Why You’ll Love This Role

You’ll be the data and operations powerhouse behind a world-class Talent Acquisition function—powering recruiting excellence through analytics, technology, and seamless new hire experiences. Your work will directly impact leadership visibility, recruiter productivity, and the overall efficiency of the talent lifecycle.

Compensation is expected to be between $100,000 - $130,000 in base salary. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and location.

Benefits:

  • 💡 100% paid health, dental & vision care
  • 💰 401(k) match & financial wellness perks
  • 🌴 Discretionary PTO + paid parental leave
  • 🏡 Remote-first flexibility

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
