About the Role

We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer with good backend experience to join the team that helps users navigate financial services through seamless chat and digital experiences.

You’ll be responsible for building responsive, user-centric interfaces that make advanced AI capabilities intuitive and accessible. This role requires strong full-stack expertise, a keen eye for interaction design, and the ability to develop frontend, backend, and AI systems that power natural, personalized, and context-aware conversations.

As a key contributor, you will play a central role in crafting experiences that blend intelligence, automation, and trust—powering millions of interactions across banks, credit unions, and their customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain modern, performant web interfaces using React (or equivalent), delivering high-quality experiences across desktop and mobile
  • You will build the backend APIs (Node.js), orchestration layers, and real-time messaging systems
  • Collaborate closely with designers and product managers to turn wireframes and prototypes into elegant, production-ready experiences
  • Design and implement frontend patterns, design systems, and reusable UI components that scale across use cases
  • Handle session management, personalization logic, and dynamic content rendering to support intelligent agent behavior
  • Optimize for accessibility, localization, responsiveness, and performance across browsers and devices                                                                                             

What You’ll Bring

  • 7+ years of professional experience in backend or full-stack engineering
  • Strong backend programming skills like Java, Node.JS, or similar, with deep understanding of asynchronous programming and system design
  • Advanced proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React, Vue, etc.)
  • Proven experience building and scaling distributed services, APIs, and event-driven systems
  • Familiarity with infrastructure tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience integrating services with data stores, message queues, and external APIs
  • Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, accessibility (a11y), and responsive design principles
  • Strong product sensibility and empathy for UX, edge cases, and error states in interactive flows
