About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you’ll play a critical role in fueling our growth by identifying and engaging Sales specific talent in the B2B space. You’ll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, map talent markets, and maintain the CRM pipeline.

What You’ll Do
- Source Territory Sales specific talent: Identify and engage high-potential candidates for Sales roles using LinkedIn, job boards, talent databases, and other sourcing tools.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers on current and future role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and hiring priorities to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Engage and screen potential industry and field/territory sales professionals
- Track sourcing activity and candidate progress in our Greenhouse ATS and CRM systems with precision and consistency.
- Analyze talent trends, map competitive landscapes, and uncover new sourcing opportunities.
- Apply inclusive sourcing practices to build diverse pipelines and support equitable hiring outcomes.
- Share sourcing best practices, tools, and process improvements with the broader Talent Acquisition team.
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, ideally supporting Sales or GTM functions.
- Proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, or similar platforms.
- Strong written communication skills and a knack for crafting personalized outreach.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
- A collaborative, curious mindset and eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
- Passion for talent acquisition, candidate experience, and inclusive hiring practices.
Potential total compensation
$60,000 - $70,000 USD
