As a TA Specialist you will support our amazing clinical directors by sourcing, interviewing and hiring the life-changing people Acorn needs to revolutionize autism care. Job Responsibilities

  • Source potential BT/RBT candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms, professional networks)
  • Arrange interviews, balancing candidate schedules and hiring manager schedules 
  • Engage with candidates through the hiring process, ensuring they are informed, engaged and excited about joining our Acorn team
  • Evaluate candidate applications and conduct phone screeners to push forward the highest quality candidates 
  • Foster a positive Acorn experience for candidates 
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Partner proactively with hiring managers to deliver quality candidates to them in an effective way
  • Meet... and exceed... hiring goals, to ensure we can live up to the commitment we've made to the clients and kiddos we have in care
  • Make recommendations on process improvement, market trends and efficiency of our practices to ensure we're delivering quality candidates that will serve our kiddos and families

Qualifications

  • Certification as Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) highly preferred
  • 9+ months at Acorn preferred 
  • Should enjoy working on an interdisciplinary team and collaborating with others
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to be dynamic and roll with the changing workspace 
  • Passion for helping others
  • Passion to be an excellent partner, both for internal coworkers and external prospects
