Operations Team Lead - 2nd Shift

What to expect during the internal hiring process:

Within three business days of submitting your application, you can expect the following: 

  1. Your current manager will receive a notification from Greenhouse prompting them to complete a scorecard evaluating your engagement and performance in your current role. 
  2. Your current manager and the Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) will meet to discuss the details of the scorecard, and it will be determined if we will proceed with your application.
    • If we choose to proceed, you will receive an email from the TAS notifying you that we will be proceeding with your application and it will include a scheduling link to set up time with the open role’s hiring manager 
    • If we choose not to proceed, you will meet with your manager to discuss why we will not be proceeding with your application at this time.

Schedule and Compensation:
Monday - Thursday, 12:00pm–9:00pm and Friday, 10:00am-4:00pm (often work 8:00am–2:00pm)
$22 - 24/hr based on experience, Full-Time Benefits

What You'll be Doing:
Supervisory Responsibilities: 

  • Lead, train, and support a team of manufacturing and warehouse associates to perform their roles safely and effectively. 
  • Set clear performance and safety expectations, holding team members accountable to high standards. 
  • Recognize and reward top performers while promoting Clickstop’s Core Values and Traits. 
  • Utilize the Clickstop Code to be an effective leader and develop high-performing teammates. 

Production & Operations 

  • Oversee the daily production schedule to ensure orders are completed on time and with proper documentation. 
  • Monitor inventory levels of materials, tools, and supplies; coordinate purchases and improvements with the Purchasing Team and Production Manager. 
  • Implement process improvements to increase productivity, efficiency, and accuracy. 
  • Support and maintain a high-quality work environment, ensuring work meets established standards. 

Communication & Collaboration 

  • Collaborate with Sales, Service and Operations team members to ensure timely and accurate shipments. 
  • Report team KPIs (e.g., brand promise, shipping errors) to the Production Manager on a weekly basis. 
  • Maintain professional written and verbal communication with team members and cross-functional partners. 

Safety & Organization 

  • Champion safety initiatives and drive continuous improvements in warehouse ergonomics and safe work practices. 
  • Assist in special projects to improve safety, organization, cleanliness, and inventory management. 
  • Foster a clean, safe, and efficient workplace in accordance with company policies and procedures. 

Qualifications & Skills 

  • Leadership experience.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to lead with confidence and clarity. 
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to quality and excellence. 
  • Demonstrated ability to see the bigger picture and promote daily improvement. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with NetSuite or similar ERP preferred. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills. 
  • Reliable, hardworking, and positive team player with a solution-oriented mindset. 

Additional Information 

  • This is a full-time, second-shift position with opportunities for growth and cross-training in Manufacturing and Warehouse functions. 
  • The role operates under tight deadlines and requires a focus on teamwork, productivity, and continuous improvement. 


Physical Requirements: 

  • Physical ability to lift 50–100 pounds repeatedly.
