Manufacturing Production Runner

Criteria for Clickstop's internal hiring process:

What to expect during the internal hiring process:

Within three business days of submitting your application, you can expect the following: 

  1. Your current manager will receive a notification from Greenhouse prompting them to complete a scorecard evaluating your engagement and performance in your current role. 
  2. Your current manager and the Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) will meet to discuss the details of the scorecard, and it will be determined if we will proceed with your application.
    • If we choose to proceed, you will receive an email from the TAS notifying you that we will be proceeding with your application and it will include a scheduling link to set up time with the open role’s hiring manager 
    • If we choose not to proceed, you will meet with your manager to discuss why we will not be proceeding with your application at this time.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities
  • Positively influence team performance by addressing behaviors that impact productivity and team dynamics
  • Support a collaborative and accountable team environment

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Perform production tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures and manufacturing guidelines
  • Complete quality records for manufactured products
  • Meet daily production output expectations while maintaining high quality standards
  • Cross-train across multiple production roles to support flexibility and coverage needs
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment in alignment with safety standards
  • Refill operator carts and deliver materials and supplies to production lines
  • Assist with setup and staging of materials and equipment before and during production
  • Support processing and troubleshooting of work orders
  • Perform light troubleshooting of equipment and minor production issues to minimize downtime
  • Communicate effectively with team members, team leads, and cross-functional partners
  • Assist with projects related to safety, organization, and production improvements
  • Promote and model safe work practices and support ergonomic improvements
  • Operate in alignment with company core values, the Clickstop Code, and the company mission
  • Contribute to delivering on the brand promise: “What they want, when they need it”

 

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and shift priorities as needed
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to support team needs
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment

Experience:

  • Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
  • Experience working with production equipment or assembly processes preferred
  • Experience supporting team operations or workflow coordination is a plus

 

Safety and Compliance Expectations:

  • Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines
  • Promote safe work practices and adhere to manufacturing safety standards
  • Maintain awareness of surroundings to identify hazards or unsafe conditions
  • Use PPE, tools, and equipment properly and safely
  • Report safety concerns, incidents, and near misses promptly
  • Support safety initiatives and participate in maintaining a safe work environment

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Regular team lifting of materials over 60 lbs in accordance with safety guidelines
  • Ability to sit or stand for the majority of the shift
  • Frequent bending, reaching, and twisting
  • Ability to operate hand tools and material handling equipment safely
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks using hands and arms

Equipment

Ability to learn/operate powered industrial equipment, such as industrial sewing machines, cutters, winders, stand-up and sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, etc.
