Project Manager - ERP (12 month contract)

As the ERP Project Manager plays an essential role in growing talent in our business through collaboration and sharing best practices with the project team to drive project delivery activities for the implementation. You will be responsible for planning and delivering an enterprise-wide ERP Next solution as well as implementing new organizational processes aligned with best practices.

The ERP Project Manager works closely with both local and global counterparts at Lush from requirements validation, system testing and regional specifications through full implementation and post go-live support.

Reporting to the Head of Digital, the ERP Project Manager undertakes the following RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Using the UK plan as guidance,  implement, and maintain a detailed project work plan, including traceable requirements, appropriate controls, and monitoring to ensure timely and quality outcomes
  • Works closely with Manufacturing & Finance team collaborating to ensure seamless implementation
  • Establish milestones and actively manage cross dependencies with other workstreams and projects.
  • Coordinate and schedule project resources
  • Manage all aspects of the project within the allocated workstream, including issue tracking and risk mitigation and lead project team meetings.
  • Monitor and track progress communicating updates with internal teams and key stakeholders.
  • Manage schedules and overall project organization to ensure requirements and project delivery dates are clearly communicated, understood and executed
  • Actively monitor project risks and scope to anticipate/detect potential problems and proactively working with project teams to identify solutions.
  • Develop and maintain internal client relationships so that their expectations are understood and needs fully met
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders (both external and internal) throughout the implementation of  the project.
  • Work closely with the project ba and change management to advocate regional process changes when needed and new feature requests for NA when deemed necessary - managing a balanced global process consistency without jeopardizing regional requirements and regulatory needs.

You bring the following QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

  • 2+ years of proven experience within manufacturing processes and operations efficiency of full-lifecycle ERP implementation experience with new system implementation, finance and Operations
  • Demonstrated ability to establish priorities, manage shifting priorities and handle numerous time-sensitive deadlines
  • Strong organizational and planning skills and sense of priorities
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Ability to work independently in a collaborative and creative work environment
  • Self-motivated and results oriented with a focus on delivering high quality work
  • Ability to travel both within North America & global for meetings and site visits as needed
  • Understanding of supply chain, warehouse management, production control, inventory management or financials

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business or related
  • Exposure to existing AX systems to understand new system needs.
  • PMP certification preferred or equivalent verifiable experience

Job Type: Contract - 12 months.

Location: Etobicoke, ON or Vancouver, BC - Hybrid (2 days per week in office)

This salary range is based on an assessment of the local market and may vary depending on the successful candidate's location. This range is based on base salary and does not include additional bonus program and total rewards eligibility.

Base Salary Range

$95,500 - $106,100 CAD
