Job Overview:
As Senior Product Marketing Manager, Partners, you’ll support our work in deepening engagement with our existing university and industry partners who create learning content for our platform - including Google, Meta, the University of Michigan, Yale and many others – and in bringing new content partners to Coursera. You’ll be responsible for developing partner insights and personas, ensuring product-market fit for our offerings, driving adoption of new products and features, and equipping our partner-facing teams with differentiated messaging and positioning. This is a dynamic, growing market, and you will play a key role in supporting our growth and revenue goals while partnering with multiple cross-functional teams including Product, University and Industry Partnerships, and Partner Success.
Responsibilities:
- Increase awareness and adoption of key features and initiatives amongst our partner audience
- Work closely with Product Management to define positioning, messaging, and value propositions for partner-relevant product capabilities.
- Build and execute GTM and launch plans, including partner communication, enablement materials, and internal alignment.
- Translate partner, market, and competitive insights into recommendations that shape product requirements and roadmap prioritization.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years professional level experience
- 5+ years in product marketing (or related marketing roles)
- Track record of success and impact developing product go-to-market plans, building messaging and positioning, and executing GTM initiatives
- Experience developing and delivering pitch decks, product demos and other customer-facing materials
- Experience providing insights that directly contribute to product-market fit, successful product launches and impactful marketing campaigns from definition to execution
Nice to haves:
- Background in EdTech, HR tech, learning platforms, or enterprise workforce solutions.
- Experience working with global teams or supporting multi-region product rollouts.
- Experience using AI or data-driven tools to analyze customer insights, market signals, or product usage patterns.
- Comfort with a fast-paced culture with the ability to learn quickly, think creatively and stay focused and organized while managing multiple priorities
