Job Title: Student Support and Operations Officer
Term: Full-time, Indefinite (40 hours/week)
Department: Registrar Office
Reports to: Sr. Manager Student Success
Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 annually
Location: Ottawa, Ontario
The Student Support and Operations Officer plays a critical role in ensuring an efficient, student-centered campus experience while supporting efficient day‑to‑day operations. Serving as the first point of contact for students, this position provides front‑line guidance on academic and administrative matters, supports enrolment and orientation activities, and contributes to student engagement initiatives. The role is also responsible for coordinating campus operations, ensuring classroom readiness, and resolving daily administrative and operational needs. By working closely with student support and operations teams across Ottawa and Toronto, the Officer ensures consistent service delivery, aligned operations, and a high standard of student engagement in collaboration with Ottawa Education Group.

Qualifications:
- Minimum undergraduate degree from a recognized institution.
- 2–3 years of experience in student support, student services, or campus operations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with students and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated organizational ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic academic environment.
- Familiarity with student information systems and institutional administrative processes is an asset.

This position is based in a hybrid work arrangement, with employees working on-site four (4) days per week and the option to work remotely one (1) day per week, based on business needs. Employees will be required to come on-site as needed and are expected to reside in Ontario and within a reasonable commuting distance of the office/campus.
