Information Systems Intern

IT Intern – Wakefield, MA (Onsite Only)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems
• Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support
• Organize and maintain IT resources
• Contribute to automation efforts by working with tools such as PowerShell, Microsoft Logic Apps, Microsoft Power Automate, Python, and APIs
• Assist in identifying manual processes and developing scripts or workflows to improve efficiency
• Lend IT support in areas such as cybersecurity, programming, analytics, and data center management

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems
• Familiarity with scripting or programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML/DHTML, or Python
• Interest in or experience with automation tools and concepts (PowerShell, Logic Apps, Power Automate, APIs)
• Familiarity with Atlassian products such as Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management
• Exposure to or experience with Salesforce is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Strong work ethic and keen attention to detail
• Onsite only – Wakefield, MA
