Program Analyst Intern

We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Program Analyst Intern to join our Engineering team. In this role, you’ll support the delivery of high-impact programs across product, engineering, and business functions.

You’ll help track project progress, support issue resolution, assist in escalation coordination, and drive clear and timely communication across teams. You will also play a key role in organizing and maintaining standardized templates for weekly updates, release tracking, and issue management. This is a unique opportunity to learn how structured communication drives execution at scale.

 What You’ll Work On

  • Program Reporting: Track and report on key initiatives; contribute to weekly status updates covering progress, risks, and milestones.
  • Issue Resolution: Follow up with engineering and product leads to understand blockers, document findings, and support resolutions.
  • Escalation Support: Help escalate critical issues to leadership and ensure stakeholders are looped in with proper context.
  • Cross-Team Communication: Coordinate updates between cross-functional teams; maintain clarity via Slack, Confluence, or dashboards.
  • Weekly Status Summaries: Prepare and distribute concise updates capturing key decisions, completed work, and what’s ahead.
  • Template Development: Create and maintain reusable templates for program updates, issue tracking, and release planning to support team-wide consistency and visibility.

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
  • Interest in program/project management, operations, or product delivery
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you’re proactive and not afraid to follow up
  • Knowledge of  Python, or other scripting or data formats is a must—especially for automating tasks.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced settings
  • Experience with Sharepoint, Slack, JIRA, Confluence, or Smartsheet is a plus
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum concepts is a bonus
