What you'll do:
As a Sales Enablement Intern, your key responsibilities will include creating and managing sales enablement materials, supporting training initiatives, analyzing data for performance insights, coordinating projects, and handling various administrative tasks. You will need to work closely with team members from Sales, Marketing, and Product departments. To be successful in this role, you will be a self-starter with keen attention to detail, strong analytical skills, effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.The opportunity
- 12- 16 month work-term beginning May 2026.
- Full-time, paid internship: Monday - Friday, 37.5hrs/week.

How you'll make an impact
- Assist in creating, updating, and organizing sales enablement materials, including playbooks, training guides, and presentations.
- Ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to the sales team.
- Support the planning and execution of training sessions, workshops, and webinars for the sales team.
- Assist in developing training materials and resources to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Collect and analyze data related to sales performance, training effectiveness, and content utilization.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of sales enablement projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Enablement team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files.
- Assist with other tasks and projects as needed to support the overall goals of the Sales Enablement team.
What you'll bring to the role
- Currently enrolled in a Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma Specialization in Business, Communications or a related field.
- Technical competence using software programs, including, but not limited to, Google Suite for business (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
- Excellent organizational skills, administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
How we work
The annual base salary for this position is the expected annual salary for this role, and may be subject to change. Geotab offers various perks and benefits and other compensation components that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary for this position depends on a variety of factors such as but not limited to skills, qualifications, education and overall experience, including the location the applicant lives while performing the job. This also includes equity with other team members and alignment with local market data. All offers of employment are contingent upon proof of eligibility to work and the individual's ability to pass a background check.
Hiring Range
$20 - $27 CAD
