Senior Product Manager, Data Sharing
POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Senior Product Manager for Data Sharing, you will take ownership of developing and delivering the product strategy for data sharing and exchange across cloud platforms. Collaborating with stakeholders in IT, Security, and Engineering, you will design and validate sharing platforms and governance frameworks. Your responsibilities will include gathering business requirements, planning budgets, and aligning stakeholders with strategic initiatives.
You will play a key role in driving operational improvements across data providers, communicating roadmaps and progress updates to stakeholders. Additionally, you will guide and mentor product managers, engineers, and architects to successfully deliver products and services.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Develop and contribute to the data sharing product strategy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and consumers to design and validate product features.
- Communicate product roadmap and provide regular status updates.
- Lead Agile ceremonies and prioritize tasks for engineering teams.
- Understand and drive the evolution of product design, architecture, technology, and features.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Acxiom's functional and business objectives.
- Ensure all delivered capabilities align with initial business goals and objectives.
- Work closely with other product managers, engineers, and architects to drive successful outcomes.
- Partner with the information security team to ensure full compliance with security standards.
EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- 6+ years of product management experience
- 3+ years of engineering experience
- 2+ years of AWS, GCP, or Azure experience
- 2+ years of Agile experience
- Expertise with Snowflake Data Sharing, Databricks Delta Sharing, AWS Redshift Databricks, or similar tools
- Proficient in data sharing on cloud platforms
- Proven experience in Production Service Ownership
- Familiarity with working on regulated data
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field

SALARY RANGE:
The salary range for this position is $120,000.00 - $140,000.00. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and
