Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Data Analyst to join our team. The
ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics and will be responsible for
generating actionable insights into business performance and user journeys. This role will also
involve collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive impactful decisions and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
● Independently design, develop, and maintain complex queries, dashboards, and reports
to drive critical business decisions.
● Extract, analyze, and manipulate data from diverse sources such as Hubspot, BigQuery,
Google Sheets, and beyond.
● Utilize advanced data visualization tools like Data Studio to present intricate data
insights in a clear and impactful way.

● Proactively engage with key stakeholders across various departments to identify
analytical requirements and align on data strategies.
● Vigilantly monitor and uphold the integrity and accuracy of data throughout Interview
Kickstart.
● Lead initiatives to evaluate, improve, and streamline data processes and workflows.
● Act as a key driver in advanced data analysis projects, contributing significantly to the
company’s strategic planning and growth.
