Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to support our hiring efforts. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews, and is ideal for someone eager to learn about talent acquisition in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings.
  • Support employer branding initiatives through social media and campus outreach.
  • Communicate with candidates for updates and feedback.
  • Work closely with the HR team on recruitment strategies and process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with recruitment tools is a plus.
  • A keen interest in learning about HR and talent acquisition.
