Position Overview
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented HR Operations associate to join our HR team. In this role, you’ll own and execute end-to-end employee lifecycle operations—from pre-onboarding and benefits to payroll inputs and vendor management. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining data integrity, ensuring compliance, and supporting smooth day-to-day processes. This is a high-ownership role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is eager to take on challenging responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including pre-onboarding, onboarding, offer roll-outs, and background checks
- Administer employee benefits such as insurance, mental wellness, and leave management
- Prepare and validate payroll inputs; manage vendor and contractor payments
- Maintain HR documentation, repositories, and ensure data hygiene across tools and platforms
- Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive employee data
- Work hands-on with G Suite for tracking, reporting, and coordination
- Operate independently, manage ambiguity, and handle ad-hoc tasks proactively

- 4 years+ of experience in HR Operations or similar roles
- Strong grasp of HR tools/platforms and GSuite
- Exceptional numerical abilities and attention to detail.
- Detail-oriented with a structured approach to documentation and reporting

- Learner mindset with openness to new tools and responsibilities
- Strong sense of confidentiality and data integrity
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
