What does the role entail?
● Design and execute targeted nurture sequences to re-engage leads from secondary lead magnets, aligned with overall marketing objectives.
● Leverage third-party data enrichment to improve profile accuracy and generate high-quality leads from cold databases, ensuring seamless integration with the CRM system.
● A/B testing, automation, and performance analysis.
● Create engaging email & WhatsApp content and design templates that resonate with our target audience.
● Analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like HubSpot, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. 
● Drive creative excellence to uplift the performance of campaigns.
● Monitor industry trends and best practices to continually refine and optimize our email marketing efforts.
● Monitoring and reporting of email campaign performance on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

What would excite us?
● Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
● 7+ years of experience in CRM management or related fields, with a strong track record of managing CRM systems.
● Proven experience in developing and executing CRM strategies that drive cold outreach, lead acquisition, and customer engagement in a B2B/B2C setup.
● Deep understanding of CRM software and tools, with a preference for Salesforce or similar platforms.
● Exceptional analytical skills with a strong ability to interpret data and market trends.
● Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
