Position Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on, high-ownership Talent Consultant to drive non-tech hiring, with a strong focus on GTM (Sales, Growth, Marketing, Revenue) and leadership roles. This is a pure IC role - you will independently own searches end-to-end and partner closely with business leaders to help scale teams in a fast-moving startup environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end hiring for Growth, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, Ops, and Business roles.
- Manage multiple roles in parallel and close roles with speed and quality.
- Independently run mid-senior and leadership searches (Manager to Director levels).
- Build and maintain strong pipelines for high-impact roles.
- Own hands-on sourcing across LinkedIn, referrals, networks, and creative channels.
- Conduct market mapping and talent intelligence for niche and competitive roles.
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through structured communication and timely feedback.
- Drive consistency and rigor across hiring processes, interviews, and evaluations.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in non-tech recruiting, ideally in startups or high-growth environments.
- Proven experience hiring for Sales, Marketing, Growth, Business, Operations, and Revenue roles.
- Demonstrated success in mid-senior and leadership hiring.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working directly with senior leadership (CXOs / Business Heads).
- Experience in market mapping, talent research, and competitive intelligence.
- Ability to operate independently and manage multiple complex roles in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Bias for action, ownership mindset, and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
