Join our dynamic team as a Practice Resources Manager, where you'll make a significant impact on the efficiency and success of medical practices operating under cutting-edge value-based care methods. As a key player, you'll collaborate with senior leadership, to support and develop an integrated physician value care network. This role is your chance to shine as an accomplished administrative leader in the intricate world of nephrology practices.
What You Will Do:
- Spearhead the management and enhancement of nephrology practice operational infrastructure, optimizing organizational efficiency and integration with physician partners, with a focus on quality, utilization, and cost-of-care management.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to advance the practice resources program, revolutionizing the healthcare landscape.
- Provide expert guidance to Kidney Care Entity practices linked with Interwell Health; identify gaps and offer solutions for success within value-based care models.
- Lead discussions in internal and external meetings centered on Comprehensive Kidney Care Contracting performance, leveraging your nephrology expertise.
- Strategize with the Program Management team, applying your subject matter knowledge to operationalize and execute the Comprehensive Kidney Care Contracting program.
- Contribute to the development of a robust process improvement plan for Interwell Health-partnered medical practices, ensuring streamlined operations.
- Assist with other projects or tasks as needed (I.e. physician practice revenue cycle) management, etc.)
What You Will Need:
- 5+ years of managerial experience within medical practice, preferably nephrology, preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
- Proven track record in managing departments and fostering high-performing teams.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, effectively communicating across all management tiers with diplomacy.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to travel approximately 30% to 40% (nationwide territory)
