The Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting strategy, executing the implementation and management of our B2B marketing and communications initiatives to grow and engage Interwell Health’s Provider Network and payer partners. Works cross-functionally, specifically with Marketing Operations, Product, Provider Network, Growth, Account Management and Provider Operation teams to ensure efforts are aligned and ladder up to our overall company goals. Reports to the Senior Marketing Manager as a member of our B2B Marketing team, helping establish Interwell Health as the value-based kidney care partner of choice.

What you'll do:

  • Executes marketing and communication campaign plans including campaign tactics, creative assets, and overall messaging. Supports adherence to those plans through consistent and proactive communication to all project stakeholders, while prioritizing the most critical and timely initiatives.
  • Delivers targeted B2B communication initiatives, including content creation, newsletters, email communications, and intranet updates to drive engagement among existing B2B partners.
  • Executes provider and payer-facing events and webinars in partnership with internal stakeholders including content development, communication plans, event promotion, and marketing collateral for both existing and prospective audiences.
  • Measures campaign performance through established metrics and key performance indicators and identifies opportunities for improvement.
  • Strengthens adoption and retention of the Interwell Health brand and sub-brands through clear, consistent, and compelling messaging across all B2B channels.
  • Facilitates the execution of creative assets by developing detailed project and creative briefs with clear direction to ensure the deliverable supports the campaign objective and overall narrative.
  • Cultivates relationships with internal stakeholders, including Growth, Account Management, Network Development, Provider Operations, Program Managers, Product and the Medical Office to deliver shared goals. Supports the Senior Marketing Manager as the liaison between Marketing and the stakeholders, ensuring insight and alignment across teams.
  • Champions our brand guidelines and ensures all marketing and communication materials adhere to our company standards, industry guidelines, and legal requirements.
  • Assists with various B2B marketing projects as needed to support the team and further establish our brand in the industry.
  • Demonstrates passion for brand storytelling and the company's mission.

The skills and qualifications you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certification preferred
  • Concentrations in Management, Marketing, or Communications preferred
  • 4 or more years of experience in marketing, with additional experience in communications or digital communications
  • An analytic and strategic approach to marketing communications planning tied to metrics
  • Email marketing platform experience (SFMC/Marketo/Hubspot)
  • Multi-channel marketing campaign execution experience
  • Direct experience managing and partnering with agencies and consultants
  • Demonstrated proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, and email applications
  • Self-motivated with a performance-driven attitude and desire to learn
  • Strong creative problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
