Strategy Lead

Salary range commensurate with experience and qualifications: €76,000-100,000
Strategy & Advisory
- Develop, communicate, and execute technology and business strategies that align with client goals
- Serve as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, helping them connect strategy to outcomes
- Design and deliver strategic roadmaps for clients, guiding them through tech adoption and transformation
- Stay sharp on industry trends, competitors, and emerging tools to inform client direction and our internal offerings
- Deliver billable services—whether strategy consulting, project management, or hands-on data work
Client Development & Revenue Growth
- Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to identify and pursue strategic opportunities
- Lead go-to-market efforts across target industries, regions, and accounts
- Help clients understand the business value of their technology investments and where to go next
- Look for opportunities to expand accounts through cross-sell, upsell, or new use cases
- Represent InterWorks in key conversations and initiatives across strategic accounts
Collaboration & Account Management
- Own technical account management and be the face of strategy within those relationships
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts between solutions architects, services, and partners
- Work alongside internal teams to align on project scopes, timelines, and success metrics
- Build and nurture relationships with partner leaders and vendors to expand our market presence
- Manage multiple priorities at once while maintaining a high standard of quality and clarity
What You’ll Need
Must-Haves
- 5+ years in a technology leadership, strategic consulting, or analytics-focused role
- Experience building strategic roadmaps and linking business outcomes to tech solutions
- Deep knowledge of the modern data stack and analytics landscape
- Strong communication and storytelling skills—you can translate complexity into clarity
- Experience working directly with executive stakeholders and multi-functional teams
- Solid understanding of technologies like Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks, dbt, Fivetran, Matillion, Tableau, Power BI, and/or Alteryx
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage customers and stakeholders at all levels
- Comfortable in customer-facing situations, with the ability to persuade, influence, and inspire
- Conflict resolution skills, with a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- C1 German and English
Nice to Have
- Experience with Agile or Kanban project management methodologies
- Familiarity with tools like Python, R, or Dataiku
- Background in strategy consulting, analytics consulting, or digital transformation
