What You Will Do:

Culinary Excellence: Execute our menu with precision across Prep, Fry, Sauté, and Grill stations.

Maintain the Standard: Uphold IGC’s high standards for freshness, cleanliness, and organization.

Safety First: Follow all State and County food safety/Health Department standards.

Collaborate: Maintain open communication with the expeditor and the FOH team to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Solve & Support: Identify food quality issues before they reach the table and assist teammates to ensure a guest-focused operation.
What You Will Bring:

Experience: At least 1 year of BOH | Culinary experience in a high volume or premium environment.

Knowledge: A strong understanding of ingredients, recipes, and preparation methods.

Reliability: You have consistent transportation and a "team-first" attitude.

Communication: Honest, open communication with your peers, managers and leadership.
